Using one of the cheapest guns combined with the 3 cheapest perks. Just because the Devs put in horribly overpowered things doesnt mean you have to be a cock fiend and use them.
How are they overpowered? Sure I get as irritated as anyone when I die by Martyrdom or I lose a kill by Juggernaut, or get hit by grenade spam from Frag x3, but they're just doing their jobs. I use Bandolier to get good killstreaks, and Stopping Power to simply destroy people. When I can't kill a Juggernaut I don't think, "Little *****!!!". He chose Juggernaut so that he could take that one extra bullet and it did its job as a perk. How is that overpowered?
You do know how the perk system works right? You take one perk over the others. You lose out on Overkill, or Sleight of Hand or Stopping Power for that extra bullet. You sacrifice other perks. Same for the others. Martyrdom is annoying, more so than Juggernaut but the same applies. I kill people with Martyrdom without using it because I prefer Steady Aim. And Frag x3? Pfah. They are at a disadvantage. Most of those grenades won't get any kills while my Bandolier of ammo helps me gat the Chopper and beyond.
The perks are perfectly balanced, and each does a specific job. The guy with juggernaut cannot kill me any quicker than I kill him on my own merits, as Stopping Power = Juggernaut in terms of bullet damage.
As for the gun, you're just picking. The M16 is a perfectly fine gun. It's popular because it's an easy-to-use starting weapon. I personally prefer automatic guns for close range, as the M16 somewhat loses against an MP5. Plus if you look he's obviously kidding. Apart from the unusual setup, he says "M16 with stopping power" alongside Juggernaut.
M16 without Stopping Power is useless. Takes two bursts, accurately, to down someone.
