Well right now it's Guild Wars 2 since I'm playing that on my free times. Heck if I was still unemployed I would be playing that game more (don't worry I would of still continue my job search but I had alot of free times back then)!

I suppose the rest of my most played games are Pokemon Diamond, Dragon Quest 9 (stupid weekly download quests) andGuild Wars.

Probably a toss up between Mass Effect 1 and Skyrim. Many hours have gone in to both of those on multiple different platforms no less. Time well spent.

-League of Legends - About 2,500 matches played across closed and open beta, and release. Used to be pretty goodish, but my skill drops off surprisingly quickly in that game when I don't play constantly. I'm pretty bleh now, and don't play very much. I just hit a point where I stopped "getting it," I couldn't feel my way through situations anymore and started to suck. Still play the occasional game when my old group needs a 5th. But hey, I FINALLY got my master beta tester icon! I thought that would never happen. So, now all the time was worth it xD

-Counter-Strike ~1.4-1.6 - Hundreds of hours. Played a ton of this at home and at a local LAN gaming center. First game where I discovered the rush of competitive multiplayer.

-World of WarCraft: BC, WotLK, Cata - Played this off and on. I'm not sure how much time I've accumulated. I think my main was around 30 days last I checked... ages ago. Had another character that probably got somewhere around that, plus a plethora of alts. Probably around 80 x 24 hours played, I'd guess.

-Team Fortress 2 - Steam says 222 hours, but 80% of my TF2 time took place before hour tracking. I'd surmise 1000+ hours have been spent in TF2. One of the few shooters I got "good" enough at to consider myself decent.

-The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind - I recall reinstalling this game A LOT so I assume I've played this to death. Likely hundreds of hours. This was before my mental integration with the internet, so even after all that time, so much of Morrowind's world and mechanics were a mystery to me, and I loved it. Will probably never experience something like that again (because these days I'd be frustrated by my lack of understanding). Ignorance, in the case of Morrowind, was bliss.

-WarCraft 3 Custom Maps - Seeing what the community could come up with was so much more interesting than the actual game. WC3's endless variety of custom maps entertained me for years. Favorite of all was ENFOS Team Defense, which probably what opened my mind to DotA (where I was immediately crushed, and ran away from it) and then to League.

Probably World of Warcraft, a game that I have since quit. Seconded by Skyrim, a game that I no longer like. Then most likely Halo 3, a game that while I still love, is pretty much next to dead multiplayer wise, which is a shame.

Either City of Heroes or Everquest. Not sure which as I don't have an account for either one any more. I know I put a good year of time into EQ, but to be honest a bunch of that was with a vendor character who was logged in to the old auction house where you had to have a character actually stand there to sell stuff.

Diablo 2 (LoD).
One can only guess, but it's 15 000h+ for sure.

Next would be SF3 Third Strike with maybe 1 500h.

This may be "cheating" or whatever but for me the longest game I've played is World of Warcraft.

Been playing it 3 months in after it's release in 2004 and I can't believe I'm still playing it actually without quitting it once.

That's around 8'ish years, holy mother of God. I have a total over 700+ days in game played if I would add every character/twink/alt that I've made on two different accounts.

At first I figured it would be Persona 4, because between it and it's vita remake I've played through it nearly ten times. Then I started thinking a bit more and I think if anything I've spent the most time on Dark Cloud 2. I'm obsessive, so I've spent a ton of time making perfect weapons, beating all the fishing and golf games, and of course getting the time trials done. The main game is long enough as it is, but getting every single medal is a huge task.

IF we're counting MMO's then it'd be either Runescape or LaTale, though I couldn't really tell you how long I've played either of those. The closest game I could give you a more definite time-slot is Knights of the Old Republic. I've played about 150 hours of that game and it's the only game that I've bothered to keep track of my best time.

I have about 500 hours in a Tales of Symphonia save, and the records screen says i have beat it 6 times

I have put over 300 hours in Castlevania Harmony of Despair in 2 different plataforms,on Soma and Shanoa alone, and the in-game menu doesn't tell you how much time you have spent in the menus,so i assume it is more

I also remember i once had a save in Oblivion with over 300 hours in it,and i frequently made new games with an average of 70 hours played in each, same for Fallout 3

Pokemon Emerald hands down. Played it every day one the way to school for 4 years. Considering it was a 50 minute bus ride to school i probably got around 200 hours altogether at the end of middle school.

Then high school came and i couldn't afford Pokemon Fire red so I kept playing Emerald so that was about another 200 hours before I got a DS and pokemon platinum. All in all probably around 400 hours.

I'm thinking "Personal" as in: Something most other people wouldn't mention. But what's the fun in just blurting out your answer? I'll have a little buildup...

Back in the SNES days I'd played through the Final Fantasy games repeatedly, and Chrono Trigger. Super Street Fighter II Turbo was a constant as well.
I've probably sunk the most time into the Elder Scrolls series. Morrowind and Skyrim would be the two most-played. Oblivion was definitely a big time-sink as well, but with all the other games at the time I probably didn't play it as much as I could have.
Now before the big reveal, let's have some-

HONORABLE MENTIONS (a.k.a. I probably spent way more time playing than most people would):

N64:
WCW Revenge, Wrestlemania 2000, and WWF No Mercy - three of the greatest wrestling games ever made, kept the spirit intact!

Gamecube:
Phantasy Star Online I & II Plus (never played it online, but I still have six characters and tons of hours in it)
Killer 7 (Played through the third time just to make save files in awesome points of the game)

PS2:
Champions of Norrath (Never played these games online, but like PSO I& II just played it alone)

XBox:
Phantom Crash
Phantom Dust
Breakdown

XBox 360:
Dragon's Dogma (quickly climing the Most Played ranks!)

But my Personal Most Played game would be:

Gotcha Force, on Gamecube

At the time of this game's release, I was working at a local New/Used video game store with several friends and several more good people. One guy decided to buy it just because nobody knew anything about it, and he had some extra cash to spend on a lark.
Two days later I saw him at work playing it in the break room with two other co-workers.
By the end of the week we the employees had bought every copy in the store and the sister-store on the other side of town. Two months later most people had moved on, but there were three or four of us who just couldn't quit. I got it the worst out of everyone. I never stopped playing it.
Two years later and I'm working on my seventh playthrough when my save file gets corrupted. I have to erase it completely and start over FROM SCRATCH.
I think I've played through the game about thirteen times since then.
I love that game.

Has to be World of Warcraft. Other than than, its a toss-up between Counter-Strike and Heroes of Newerth (I'm sure Dota 2 is next, but its still early days for that :) )

TIE Fighter (& expansions) ~500 hrs, 800+ hrs for entire X-Wing/TIE/XvT/XW Alliance series
Moon Breakers ~300+ hrs (for lack of a TIE Fighter substitute)
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (& expansions) ~150 hrs

StarCraft: Brood War - Starting in about 7th grade for the next two years me and friends from school and good friends we met online would play just about every day atleast two hours, if I had nothing else planned usually until we just got tired.
Diablo II: LoD - same thing only with just one of my friends who got into it with me, and a few less online friends.

Games I can calculate the time now..probably Skyrim right now, first game my girlfriend ever bought me, and its one hell of a game. Hit well over 225 hours right now and still going.
