My personal hell would be in a combat zone, full combat gear but I'm all out of ammo, and I'm pinned down. I can't do a thing, not even go anywhere, and the constant shooting won't even let me try to sleep, yet none of them want to move in and finish the job.

So once you get tired of that shit, why not charge them with your knife/fingers?
The Army rangers do that (quote on the invasion of Grenada by a corporal: "I'm tired of this shit!"; their LZ was taking heavy fire so he started the charge)

I mean, your hell has an end if you choose it. You can sit there and just be awake forever, charge them and win, or charge them and die, both resulting in no hell anymore.

EDIT: Oh and that feeling that you really really have to pee, but there are no restrooms available. And you're in public so peeing yourself really isn't an option.
