Posting this list feels so wrong and pointless. I have no idea if SSX Tricky is my favorite game, it probably isn't. I don't have one. I don't even have a top 10. Here's some games on a list for random reasons and pangs of nostalgia. The only criteria I had, is they must still be fun--not just be a good memory. I can confirm I still enjoy each game on the list very much, but that's about all I can say for sure. Knocked off so many things that hurt to do: WarCraft III, Tony Hawks, KOTOR 2, Super Mario World, League of Legends et al. Yes, I really do love Dodgeball (NES), and yes, a reason it made this top 10 is because I thought it'd be funny--I almost included Dashin' Desperados (Genesis), for the same reasons. P.S. Why Skate 3? Because it's the first one I happened to play, long after I fell in love with the original's demo in a Target.
It's also really hard to judge how much you liked/loved more recent games, as time played becomes a much less telling metric. I just don't have the time to put into SF4 as I did into Team Fortress 2, for example.

If you think your game is lower than it should be, you might want to consult the master list in the OP. I'm pretty sure I didn't miss any games at least for the high ranking ones so the top 10 should be solid.
For games that tied I put the game that moved up to that rank last. Eg. Portal and Persona 4 had the same number of points, but Portal got those points first and so was ranked higher.
For XCOM, because the games have the same name; the original is going by it's alternate title of XCOM: UFO Defense.
And finally some of these game series I don't know at all(like Pokemon) so I'm not sure how to place them but to divide them up. I'm trying not to split up base games from their expansion packs, Eg. I don't care which Warcraft 3 or which Civ 5 expansion you are playing. For Pokemon I assumed they were all separate games because no one just named the base game, and pretty much no one agreed with each other on which Pokemon game was the best. If you find any games that are the same base game, that I didn't combine, please let me know.

I've played a lot of games so this list took a whole lot of concentration...and it will likely change the next time I post in a top-10 thread...I hit 10 a lot faster than I expected but I'm somewhat uncertain about the list and I'm sure it'll change multiple times in the next 24 hours...in my head anyway. Fun Fact: I bought Fallout 3 more times than Fallout: New Vegas (3 for 3, 2 for NV) due to console changing. New Vegas won out though because I liked the gameplay and, leveling system more. Fun Fact #2: Attack of the Saiyans is the only game on my list that I haven't beaten yet but this is due to a combination of Animal Crossing, Pokemon Y and, general lack of time. This would have been a bit easier if this was a top 25 or so...no...nevermind, it would still be really difficult because of all the great games I've played and continue to play. I'm really disappointed that I could't find room for any NES games on here!
