Can be physiological, psychological or a combination. Learning meditation is awesome, but I always lose focus. Exercise is good too. Basically if there are problems then understanding how to deal with them will put your mind at ease.PsykoDragon said:I also have a problem I'd like to ask about: I almost always have this sensation in my chest, as though the weight of my ribcage is crushing my heart. I'm not sick, so I'm pretty sure it's this sense of dread I have, dread about life in general. Stupid thing is, I'm the kind of guy who normally shrugs off troubles, & doesn't let anything get to him. But when I'm sitting here in my dark room, everyone else asleep, but me still feeling it's too early, it just happens. I'm not even thinking about anything bad, it just happens.
Often you will already know what you have to do, you just have to clear your head. I try to always remember: take a deep belly breath, let it out slow and feel every part of your body before you continue.
