Most commonly: Fox. That one's used so often I introduce myself as if it were my given name (and I'm probably just going to legally change my first name at some point to reduce confusion.) Everyone from my wife to my friends to my professors at college call me Fox.

In the past or present, by various people:
You Fucking Bastard: 90% of my ex-girlfriends, plus my paternal grandmother.
Hubboo: By my wife (ain't she cute?)
Killer: By my boss at my high-school job bagging groceries, for my "enthusiastic" flourish when bringing shopping carts in (the slamming of metal on metal...wonderful)
Count Dickula: By a freaky chick I once banged whose name I've forgotten
Mr. Boston: By coworkers when I worked at a bank, for my accent and rabid Red Sox fandom
Dr. Fuckinstein: By a friend with a penchant for puns when I dated a Jewish chick. "Fuckin' Stein", get it?

I have rarely ever had nicknames. Been hard for people to come up with some for me. However, I have had three.

1.) Bubba. (My mother calls me this because... *rant*)

2.) Z-Rock. (My father's friend Lyle calls me this. He's ridiculous.)

3.) Jerkoff. (By everyone else I meet. :3)

EDIT: In an interesting offshoot, I am called Toby online because "Tears of Blood" shortens to "ToB." I think you can figure out the rest from there.

Well currently its MarkyMark,Aurelius (due to planning skills and current job) or Mr T as my surname is Tester... there are loads based around that so here are a few choice ones;

Testerossa
TestTube Baby
Head (Testa means this in Latin or old Italian or something)
Testes
Testicular Cancer

Oh and of course, being called Mark Tester got me a lot of grief from people who thought they were original and funny... which they were when I was 7, but by the time I got to 15 it was getting a BIT old.

Not that I'm bitter or anything *twitches*

Weird thing is my nickname sort of came from a game. My full name's Zachary, so I'd been going by "Zach" for as long as I could remember. When I was 14 I bought Stuntman for the PS2 (trial-and-error was pretty arduous, but it's a hell of a game). When I had to choose the name for my save slot, I tried to enter "Zach" but the interface was sort of confusing, so I accidentally cut off the end of my name and got "Zac". Then I realized that it was actually pretty cool so I stayed with it.

I don't have any other nickname more than one person calls me, except for my Chinese name, 何建宏 (He Jianhong), which must count for something because everyone here calls me by it.

There are more, but I can't remember them...

The only nickname I've had is Crash, since it's short for my Gamertag and I can't drive. Anything. In any game.
