I left Lydia at home when I was doing the Dark Brotherhood quests because I didn't want her to know that about me. She's just too innocent. It'll be the same for the Thieves quests. But since I still take Lydia out more often than not, I moved Ysolda to my house in Riften where she wouldn't be lonely, because I don't even bother with that housecarl, whose name I don't even remember.

I also grab any book I think I might not have, but I haven't yet put them on shelves. I haven't bought a place with enough bookshelves yet. I'm contemplating buying up all the spellbooks again and making an entire bookshelf of just spellbooks.

And clothes, of course. Again, if I'm not sure I have it, I'll grab it. Though that hardly matters because my Nord female has the build of a 14 year old boy, so nothing is really flattering (some exceptions are: Miner's clothes, Jester's outfit, and the Dark Brotherhood outfit). I did a quest where there was a female chef, and her outfit looked cool, so I killed her to take it, and it looked stupid on me, so I loaded a previous save and left her alive.

Because that's my other quirk: I won't kill or steal from anyone unless I'm explicitly told to.

Brennan has this chest in his house
It's filled with about 300 enchanted weapons
500 assorted poisons
Enough ale to run a tavern for a century
Enough skooma to get rich under the counter

Please don't alert the guards, he's just one of those guys with a wife, a pseudo wife(housecarl that goes everywhere with him, sleeps everywhere with him) that likes riding horses off of cliffs to have them collapse underneath him

Let skyrims dovahkiin live in peace, away wear away with the whiterun guards

My Argonian Assassin, Plumbs-Rich-Depths (real creative, I know) spends so much being quiet that when she has the opportunity to kill someone in an especially noisy and spectacular fashion she simply can't pass it up and would actually break cover and sprint through arrow fire just to launch that poor Forsworn spinning and screaming off a cliff with a well-aimed Shout

My Nord get's his kicks from wrecking peoples homes and places of buisness. He'll just shout FUS RO DAH at shelves or tables, send everything flying everwhere and wreck the place. He's not violent to innocents or anything, for the most part, I think he's just a dickhead.

He also find his helmet uncomfortable, or wants people to get a good look at his face as he always takes it off in town. With a binded eye, a scar down his face, a huge swear of war paint and a mohawk I think he's just trying to scare the shit out of people. Dragon's cross the road so they don't have to walk past him on the street.

He also spends way too much time at the Blacksmith in Whiterun. Either he's crafting or he simply stands stock still outside the shop and waits, sometimes for days at a time, for the next shipment. But all he buys is ingots, but it's mainly iron. And though he is an incredible blacksmith he almost exclusively crafts nothing but iron daggers. He seems to be perfecting his craft on the most basic of weapons and it seems to be helping him, as he crafted an entire ebony armour set and orcish before that. It's almost like he's found the secret to getting extremely good at Blacksmithing in very little time.

EDIT: People also note that this Dragonborn can travel leagues in little time, though he is never seen on horse back. Strange rumors have been circling that he transforms into a beast that runs though the hills and kills all that it meets, but these are lightly complete fantasy.

My Nord warrior, Dufniall Madhawk, is pretty average, except for the fact that he sprints everywhere (I pumped my stamina up a heap and activated the Steed Stone so I'm not encumbered by my heavy armour). I also take off my helmet whenever I enter a city or talk to someone (I have it favorited).

Another thing is that while assaulting Stormcloak forts during the imperial legion quests (I'm the least patriotic nord ever. Shut up, I came from Bruma.) when we've completed the goal of reducing their numbers, he always allows the defeated forces to flee. Any Imperial soldiers who persist in trying to kill the surrendering soldiers are executed.

Then there's that one time when I met the old orc (The one who wants 'a good death') who I challenged and killed, then out of respect cast his body into the nearby river.

He also enjoys one-on-one fights with powerful opponents like Giants or Draugr Deathlords.

If you do the Dark Brotherhood quests, you get an immortal demon horse. Really useful for those "My god, my horse just charged a giant" moments.

Also, horses should reappear next to you if you fast travel somewhere (excepting into walled cities, then they appear in the stables).
Yeah I know it's just I'm roleplaying a pretty heroic guy so I think I'm going to wipe them out and I'll join the Dark Brotherhood on another save. When I lost my horse I think what happen was it got killed and I couldn't find the body.

in Skyrim there is no clear cut good or evil. but what you are doing is correct role playing. thats what Skyrim is a bout...there is no right or wrong really there is only what you as your character would do. and thats they way rpg's should be

Oh yeah, I pretty much never use my horse on my Orc character. If I need to get somewhere fast, I always just go into Beast mode. It's much, much faster than the horse and with Hircine's Ring, I have a backup in case I actually need it.

My character doesn't go anywhere without her wife, Mjoll the lioness, ever since they got married. I've even told mjoll to wait a couple of times, while I scout out ahead, since she can't sneak. I always come back for her though. I'm even worried about her when she isn't there XD

What else...

Oh right, she woudln't steal anything. This is because of her wife as well, who dislikes the thief guild.

She collects those red spinning orbs you get from centurions, because I believe there's a mission to build something with them. Even though I've not seen any talk about this mission or has it. XD She has six of those.

I kill Falmer. All Falmer. Everywhere. If I see a Falmer, he's dead. Ever since my Wood Elf witnessed a massacre they inflicted on a family living in a Lighthouse near Winterhold, he's hated Falmer with a passion and will hunt them down to the last any time and any place he finds them.

My character never sells gems and unenchanted rings. It's just, this game has turned me into a hoarding magpie.

My character drinks every kind of alcohol that he can get his hands on, also he has a bad habit of shooting people in the taint with arrows laced with fire. But other than that hes honest and he also has a bad habit frenzying people in the middle of a crowded place and going "DANCE PUPPETS DANCE!!!!!!!!"

Leave no loot behind. I hit up Mzulft and made 4 trips (hi, Sven? your new name is "packmule") bringing all the dwarven stuff back to smelt, only to find that half of it was unsmeltable. Oh, and I'm a light armor person, so I'm now thinking of getting the Dwarven armor perk just to use all the bars I made.

I also have a tendency of shooting my companions with Soul Trap-laced arrows, but that's because they're retarded and don't think "Hey, this guy with the bow, all sneaky and stuff just killed that guy ahead, but now his buddies are looking for us. CHAAAAARGE!"

And if I could without guard aggro, I'd use those nice dragon shouts at the people who doubt I have the power.

Also, alchemy mats. I'm now looking a flowery bushed in RL and thinking "purple mountain flower".

I took Lydia out and shot her in the face because I found her sitting at a table with my husband. Then I hid her body under a glacier.

I think I may have issues.

Whenever I see a table with food and silverware on it,I feel the urge to either jump on it and kick everything off the table,or just shout it away.

I also never sell weapons and armor I loot,I just stockpile it into a chest. If ever there's a mod in which you can get more than one companion,I'm pretty sure I'll be able to equip at least 10 of them with pre-existing armor and weapons, and forge enough for 10 more with the spare lingots, dragon bones/scales and dwemer metal lying around.

My Nord is a poor confused fellow that has no idea what is going on. He wakes up in the back of some wagon being carted to his death.

After escaping he discovers he has a compulsive need to collect absolutely any book he sees, regardless of whether or not he already has it.

He is also a fairly brave (or insane... which I feel is more likely) fellow, chasing down dragons and other nasties. Furthermore, the moment he enters any sort of mine or sacred burial place, he immediately starts downing the booze and attacking everything that isn't him.

He also likes to pick flowers.

My character Ra'Naia Faye, has a truly terrible problem with guilt. She is Khajiit, a thief during her time in Cyrodil and now she has renounced her terrible ways. She does not steal any more and she stays the hell away from Riften unless absolutely necessary.

After the whole Markarth incident she has felt incredibly bad about Skyrim. She came to Skyrim to escape her life of crime in Cyrodil and yet she finds herself dragged into increasingly bizzare plots and finds herself forced to act on the crazed will of others. She has a strong sense of morality and although she takes followers along with her, she feels the need to protect THEM at any cost.

She also suffers an awful lot of prejudice and still finds people who call her a "sneak thief" or a "milk drinker" this hurts her deep inside even though she doesn't show it. She has an incredibly strong sense of morality and will kill if innocents are endangered but she will always hesitate, the arrow sometimes nocked for just a moment too long. She risks harm to herself when she thinks too much about others.

But yeah, she didn't feel bad abut killing Grelod the Kind, not in the slightest!

That ***** had it coming. Just why does she insist on sitting in your own bedroom eating your food when she has her own room? Shouldn't she be busy... doing whatever she does around the house?

I had that, I eventually forced myself to load up and sell them all (which required trips all around Skyrim)

I ended up with enough money to buy and decorate a house, with a few Gs in the chest.

I really love those jewels.

OT: I've taken to checking every single person's inventory, and I'm generally more likely to steal something if there's less of a chance of getting it.

My character likes a challenge.
