Reported for being misleading. I came here with the expectation that you found my social life (I mean with a title like that how could I not), only to get crushed by an open discussion.
It seems to vary from week to week. One week, I'll hardly hear from anyone. The next they'll be at my house all the time, we'll bar-hop, go to punk shows and bonfires, head down to the beach etc. So I don't really have a solid, steady social life number for you. Last week was I'd say a 2 - however, it looks like this week is gearing up to be from 8 to 9.
My social life has the potential to be quite social. But I'm a recluse, and don't really like being social. Sure I like it when I'm there, but I just don't like talking to people I like, or dislike for that matter.
I'd say my social life used to be around a 5-6. Lately though it seems like it's lowered significantly. Not just for me, but for my friend as well. There's stuff going on...

I have one really good friend who lives about 2-3 hours away from me. So we only hang out maybe twice a year for a couple of weeks.
Other than that, I guess I don't really have "friends". I have a group of people I somewhat enjoy talking to at school, but I don't really like hanging out with them in my spare time.

Probably like a 4 or a 5. Not the most sociable of people, but I get by.

I'll go with a 6 or a 7. When I'm not absurdly busy with my courses and studying for said courses I'm usually chilling with friends or partying, only occasionally taking a weekend to just get really nerdy over either video games or music production.
Quick note: Most electronic music producers are massive nerds, ironic given the outgoing and party filled nature of our 'scene'.

To answer the question, maybe 2 or 3, but that's because I had to move away from everyone I know to get a job, and it's hard to make friends with people at work when they're all 40 year olds on their second marriages who only talk about kids and sports, neither of which interest me in the slightest.
5. Funnily enough since I got on facebook last year my social life has improved massively. There's a few girls on my friends list who just invite everyone on their friends list. If I get an invite to a party on facebook I'll go. I'm actually reconnecting with a lot of old friends.
