Full-power Finger of the Mountain. It literally one-shots anything in a 100-foot radius in anything but the highest difficulty. I don't recommend using it in cities, though. I wound up cleaning out Cheydinhal with it by accident.
That's good to know, actually. 'Tis a shame I don't have enough magicka to cast it, though...

Done.
I'm afraid I don't follow.
Oh. Lemme guess, you play on the 360?

The PC has a dev console that's activated with the tilde key. 'tgm' stands for Toggle God Mode, and allows you infinite health, stamina, magika, and arrows.

No, I play on the PC. I just wasn't familiar with that console command.

Since I'm actually in the middle of a new run through Cyrodiil, I'll give the new strategy I'm trying: Unkillable NPC followers. Specifically, the Jemane brothers. After clearing out their ancestral home at Weatherleah, I told them I'd lead them there. I've since led them all over the continent against armies of necromancers, vampires, and Daedra while I hide in the shadows because like SantoUno above, my level 20-something warrior-mage-person doesn't excel at anything yet.

Only problem: they suck at following, and tend to fight everything in our path, even when I'm trying to avoid it. I'll take to Weatherleah eventually, but until then, they're my bitches.

I never got past level 12 in oblivion, I was too busy exploring to work on leveling and becoming powerful.

i have the pc version, and used the tilde menu to put all stats to 255. the game caps you at 100, but your stats still provide increasing benefit if you cheat them higher. 255 speed and acrobatics lets you jump onto rooftops from street level and even over the walls of some cities, if you're creative

I have a custom enchant set that gives 100% Spell Absorption 100% spell Reflect and 100% Damage reflect COMPLETE NOOBTROCITY i know but its fun to watch people pretty much kill themselves.

Also my weapons have a horrifying tendency to murder everything surrounding me i only one swing overpowered enchants for the win spelling an acronym ftw

Used the duplicate item exploit to get permanant infinite *everything*. Game end.

(For those who don't know, --> http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Glitches#Duplicate_Items_Using_Scrolls )

Drain health 100 pts in 1 second on easy mode for an instant kill (Yeah, I'm cheap like that.).
IIRC the game doesn't work that way. Difficulty only affects physical damage, increasing or decreasing it for both you and the enemies, so on very hard you'd do 1 damage where on very easy you'd do 50, the opposite happens for enemies(50 on v.hard and 1 on v.easy).

OT: When I played, I fixed all those things. Self-enchanted chameleon was capped at 70%, spell reflect/absorb was capped at 35% and other things were changed to fix the horrible magic system in the game.

On the 360: 100% Reflect Damage. 100% Resist Magic.
The only things that could kill me are arrows and traps, and those usually don't do much damage.

Well I'm not a very high level yet but I'm hoping to enchant my chest with chameleon, enchant my bow with poison weakness and use power poisons for my arrows and sneak crit my way to victory.
