How can we persevere when everyone around us gives up? How can we stand tall when all around us give in? How can we back down when everyone around us is wrong? How did the world get like this?
This one came up last night but while I was watching Beyonce perform "Shoulda putta ring on it"
or what ever the song is called at the vma's I found myself thinking "By her logic I should put a ring on my xbox, my guitar, and the majority of my mother's cooking"
For anyone who doesn't know the lyrics go something along the lines of "If you like it then you should a put a ring on" which they repeated for about 3 minutes last night.
