Favorite game: Oblivion
Favorite characters: Kratos (GOW aeries), Arkham (DMC3), and Urdnot Wrex (ME series).
I'm not sure what would happen, but there would definitely be a ton of blood involved.

I'm going to go with Kisuke from Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Jin Kisaragi from Blazblue, and Big Boss of MGS 3.

Hana Tsu Vachel from Fear Effect, Ghost Widow from City of Villains and a Mistress from Dungeon Keeper II, in Doom.
Hana's good with guns but not nearly as tough as the Doomguy, and the Mistress only has melee attacks which won't help much. On the other hand Ghost Widow is a superpowered archvillain who can fly, which is pretty overpowered in a game where you can't even jump. She also heals off of melee attacks, can turn incorporeal and has an irresistable hold attack, so yeah, easy for her, but the other two die in the crossfire.

Favorite game is really hard to say... and I can't decide, but whichever it is the outcome will be the same; Kratos kills everything, including his team mates.
Ratchet and Sean were just taken off the top of my head though. Kratos is the only game character I've really liked enough to be a favorite.

Set them in a cyber-punk future where they are all dressed like Neo from the Matrix. Peter Parker is the leader, and is great with computers. Yoshi is the muscle and Johnny Gat shoots everyone. They'd kick some corporation's ass.

Not a perfect 3-man team (No tank), but I figure nothing's getting past 4 lightsabers and Illidan's blades without a fight, and Vivi just plain destroys everything. Put 'em in my favorite game...That means either DotA or GTA3. GTA3 would be a breeze, I'm not sure Grievous is even susceptible to real bullets, but DotA may be a challenge simply because these situations are common (Except the lightsabers, those may tip the scales pretty quick).

So we have John Marston, Ethan Thomas, and Andrew Ryan in Rapture. Well, Ryan could work the security system, Thomas can beat the shit out of splicers, and Marston can shoot them. Assuming that they don't take on a Big Daddy, they might do well. If they do, then they are pretty much fucked.
