Getting utterly demolished in MW2 on SnD by a party of people, all with mics. We had a few good players, but half our time (including me) wasn't very good, so we kept losing.
When it went to the next map, Sub base, all out good players except one (a friend of mine) left. The match starts, and not twenty seconds in the enemy team charges in with SMGs and slaughters us. Our team only got one kill, and it was with a frag grenade I hadn't even meant to throw. Next round they decided to just camp. Three of our guys decided they were bored, and charged the other team. Two of them were sniped, and the third hit a claymore. One guy on our team left, mumbling something about homework. My friend tried to rush out, but he too was sniped.
I said "fuck it!" chucked a smoke grenade, and charged. I had a silenced ACR, but I grabbed my friend's LMG (don't remember which). I rounded a corner and saw two enemies. I mowed them down without even aiming. Another one popped around the corner, I ventilated him with a quick burst.
I began hunting around for the sniper. I found an enemy laying prone, and stabbed him before he could react. Two left. I saw the enemy sniper, and fired off a quick burst. He shot at me, wounding me, but not killing. A flash nade went off, and in panic I sprayed fire in the general vicinity of where it had been thrown from. Got the guy with a headshot.
At this point, I realized I hadn't reloaded and only had a few bullets left. I debated reloading, when I caught some movement out of the corner of my eye. I charged into the building, spotting the enemy sniper. He pulled out his shotgun, and shot me in the chest, wounding me pretty badly. I emptied the rest of the magazine into his head, killing him. It was glorious.
