Your Video Game Strike Team

Hey there, Escapist friends! (new and old, welcome) Today I wanna see what fun and interesting Video Game Strike Teams you all assemble. I'll list six jobs your team requires, and you just fill in the blanks with whatever video game character you want. However, there are a couple of rules to follow

1. The character must have originated in a video game, so no picking Batman because of the Arkham Asylum games
2. You can not use more than one character from the same series So only one Persona character, only one Pokemon character, etc. etc.
3. You must have at least one female character

Aside from that it's pretty fair game. Here are the six categories

Team Leader ? Rachel Shepard (Mass Effect) A charismatic smooth talking bad ass who knows how to command respect. A soldier first she will always put the mission before herself and get it done in the most efficient way.

Weapons Expert ? Fwank (Loaded see avatar pic) A psychopath who?s only passion in life is guns and insuring his enemies end up as red smears on a wall. As long as you don?t touch his teddy bear and keep his balloons green you?ll be fine. And if this giant dog turns rabid I am sure the team leader wouldn?t have too much trouble putting him down. After all she did go fist to fist with a Yahg and headbutt a Krogan and was the one still standing after doing so...

Muscle ? Bad Mr Frosty ( Clay Fighter) A bad ass hulking snow man with a bad temper...yeah. Jealous you don?t have one

Lone Wolf ? Bubsy (Duh) due to years of ridicule and neglect Bubsy turned to harder things than cat nip and through time has shaped up to be a gruff mercenary. Working on a team was never Bubsy?s thing and that?s one aspect of him that hasn?t changed but he?s dependable as long as you threw enough coin at him.

Stealth Expert ? Rogue The Bat (Sonic Adventure 2) The girl is an expert in going unnoticed...you know when she isn?t written to be an incompetent bimbo.

Jack of All Trades ? Kirby (again duh doy) He can consume anything and be anything.

Why did I choose this team? Because most of them can switch classes when the going gets tough, so it wouldn't be that big of a difference... (Also, because they are usually my go-to characters besides anyone from a Tales game...)

-Team Leader: Renegon Female Shepard(Mass Effect) A commanding presence who knows how to keep others in line and use team members' strengths to her advantage.

-Weapons Expert: Link(The Legend of Zelda)Who better as your weapons expert than the guy who can master any weapon within minutes of touching it for the first time?

-Muscle: Sabin Figaro(Final Fantasy VI) He suplexes a freaking ghost train!

-Lone Wolf: Zero(Mega Man X)Lethal close range fighter who usually works best alone, but can easily adapt to working with a team.

-Stealth Expert: Adam Jensen(Deus Ex: Human Revolution)He's literally built for stealth. He can detect enemies, see though walls and can literally turn invisible for a period of time.

-Jack of All Trades: The Protagonist(Persona 4 Golden)He can switch Personas on the fly depending on what is needed in any given situation.

That's one hell of a scary team.

I picked Zaeed as a leader once... then he got my tech expert killed(poor Legion).

Team Leader - Marcus Fenix(GoW3). He could also substitute for muscle if need be.

Weapons Expert - The Master Chief(Halo). What can't he use?

Muscle - Chris Redfield(RE5). He can fucking punch boulders!

Lone Wolf - Artyom(Metro: Last Light). He stealth kills nearly every post-nuclear Nazi and communist ever by himself.

Stealth Expert - Kasumi Goto(ME2). She can steal just about anything, and the computer hacking skills are quite something as well.

Jack of All Trades - Axton(Borderlands 2). He can deploy a turret or two, survive tons of damage, and be all around good to have on your team.

Just looking at my team, I'd say that enemies wouldn't stand a chance in a straight up fight. You would have to use unconventional tactics and be lucky as all hell to bring down such a squad.

 

[Commissar Sae]

Team Leader - Elizabeth (Bioshock Infinite) While she may lack the machismo or power of some of the others, she has what this team needs to bring them all together.

Weapons Expert - Rico Rodriguez (Just Cause) Demolitions and gunman extraordinaire.

Muscle - Geralt of Rivia (Witcher) Not much he can't cut apart

Lone Wolf - 47 (Hitman) He may be a bit of a liability, hut he'll get the job done.

Stealth Expert - Garrett (Thief) nobody sneaks a building with more ease than everyone's favorite master thief

Jack of All Trades - Gordon Freeman (Half-Life) 'nough said.
