Quite a heavy chair (I can lift it but it'd be a very inconvenient weapon), an empty case for an acoustic guitar and a bit further there's an electric guitar and an electric bass, which are probably the best weapons on my left side.

Yeah, I'm not doing as bad as some, but I'd still be screwed.

EDIT: After a fast check I noticed two more objects - a hammer and an old Nokia-cellphone - it's very durable, and could possibly be even useful (I wouldn't have to hit the zombies with my fists).

That made me actually lol I have a bioshock 2 concept art book, a torchlight, a cereal bowl (its 20 to 9) several wooden blocks, a cd of the importance of being Ernest, a deck of cards, a glass, a ds, a empty packed of crisp, a key ring with sharp keys (could use it as a knuckle duster) a watch, a wooden and metal shield, a deck of yu-gi-oh cards, and a key board. I need to clean my desk but at least I have a choice of weapons.
