I have a stand-up fan, my guitar, and a camera.
I don't think I'd fight, I'm just barricade in some building and record songs until the zombies breached the walls and killed me on camera.

A 7 year old laptop and my dad's briefcase containing a day old sandwich, also some book by Dan Brown (good for smashing a zombie in the head with, those things are huge).
And that's just mentioning the worthwile stuff, there's also an assortment of unused cables and broken USB sticks and ... Oh no, I no longer have an ID, because my wallet (along with my cellphone) is on my right. :-(

One of those things you impale letters on, an algebra textbook, a couple Neil Diamond CDs and some crayola crayons.
Lemme see... A case of kitchen knives and a hell of a lot of camping gear. Knives are pretty ineffective considering zombies are best taken care of by removing the head or destroying the brain, but camping stuff is useful, I think I even have my handaxe in there under my tent.
And a Tanzanian drum about half as big as my hand to keep me entertained as I slowly descend into madness around my lonely campfire in the wildreness as the zombies slowly come into the country after me because I'm the only one left...
If it were to my right, I'd have my computer tower, Batman Begins, and a pair of 3D glasses with the lenses popped out. Man am I lucky it was things on your left.
