Mosin-Nagant M1891/30, with appropriate conversion kits (sniper rifle, rifle grenade cup, bayonet), an Ingram MAC-10 (just in case people try and get up close and personal), and a Mauser C96 as my sidearm.
Mosin-Nagant simply slung across my shoulder, Ingram slung under the armpit (for easy reach), Mauser in a waist holster. Must remember to bring bandoleers for ammo and rifle grenades.
Or just lob grenades at you?
Or just used a polearm, thus preventing you from actually attacking him by virtue of having a longer weapon?
Or hell, chooses to go cavalry and simply runs you down with a lance?

My gun doesn't exist and I haven't seen any fictional renderings either. It would basically be a single shot 30mm hand cannon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/30_mm_caliber firing depleted uranium rounds. It would closely resemble the M79 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M79_grenade_launcher but it would have a pistol grip instead of a shoulder stock. Obviously a bandolier, a cowboy holster, and a mustache of some sort are mandatory.
Extremis Armor. Red parts in a suitcase, the yellow in my bones. HOW CONVENIENT!!

Well, aside from my mind, which no-one had better underestimate, my trusty pencilcase would always be by my side, and serve as the only weapon I needed.
My pencilcase is where I put all my stuff, so I could pull quite a bit of random stuff out of it. Maybe it wouldn't be traditional weapong (except in the bludgeoning sense) but people who tried to attack me might find their eyes full of glitter, confetti or coloured sand.
If I were an anime character, I would be able to pull just about anything out of my pencilcase (probably only at random), and it would be almost infinite in size on the inside.

Artificially intelligent nanotech cyberware with Spiderman 2 Doctor Octopus-style mechanical tentacles, fashioned of an alloy of adamantium and black mithril, that have the ability to assimilate, and/or transform/modify themselves into, a variety of weapons and tools. Most of the "weapon" would remain inside my body, enhancing my strength, speed, endurance, agility, etc., to superhuman, the rest, i.e., the tentacles, I would keep hidden beneath my long black coat until needed.
Otherwise, I'd like to have a kinetic chain gun, something akin in appearance to the Nerf Chain Gun, but black, of course, and modified so that in addition to being able to fire pulses of colored force and energy, it could also shoot Skittles...just so I could unload on someone and scream "TASTE THE RAINBOW, BI-YATCH!!"
Of course, there's nothing that says I can't have both....and a smartlink to boot.
