i was in a class and when i left there was a giant fire breathing praying mantis that ate some kid then in the cafeteria there were flesh eating beetles i cant remember much more than that but it was really weird.

I am sitting in the front row center seat of a movie theatre (This is odd as I hate the front and usually sit towards the very back.) there only appears to be one row of seats behind me and it is completely empty. Both the seats next to me are empty but next to those are all my friends and family members. On the screen Jackie Chan is running around a snow covered mountain range. He briefly runs through a mountain town where he bumps into a old man. Old man: Slow down, you will hurt yourself! Chan: Get out of my way you *I cannot remember what he called him at the moment* Then the camera zooms away towards the sky while looking downards on the mountain range. Jackie Chan's footprints across the mountain range form the letters of the title which I cannot recall at the moment.
I also have one where I am sitting on my couch watching tv eating a never ending bag of chips.

I was really little and I went to my grandparents' house. Everything was normal but not quite right. You know the feeling, when there's that something nagging at the back of your mind that you can't ignore. Anyways, the grown-ups are talking and I'm playing upstairs when suddenly everyone starts attacking me. I go to slide downstairs on the banister when suddenly I'm no longer viewing the dream from my viewpoint. I see the house become alive, and it's all disgusting looking but retains its house-ness while also looking like a monster. My body bursts out of the door, but gets pulled back in by a carpet that looks like a tongue.
Then the house exploded. No reason, just boom.
That was when I was like 8 or 9. Haven't had a dream since.

I tend to dream about things I am worried about, usually stuff that is going to happen the next day. And while I'm dreaming it I don't realize I am dreaming it so I agonize over whatever it is (school, SATs, work, whatever) that I am doing and then I wake up and go. "Fuck! I have to go through the entire day AGAIN!?!?" Because yeah, since I don't notice the time lapses it seems to me while I'm dreaming that I just went through a full day of doing whatever it was I had to do the next day. Including the boring parts.
Though i've noticed that I can't read in my dreams, which is weird. And especially frustrating when i'm trying to take my SATs in a dream but I can't read anything.

Those must have been intense next days. Fighting a random mountain lion and burning for three hours is, I believe, the definition of hardcore. Just one thing: How can you think being on fire is boring? Did other people just not panic? Were they like "Oh look at that burning person? I'm in a boat and I'm rowing through a flooded underground cave type-thing. I come across an island. I get out of the boat and there is a shack in the middle of it. Suddenly, ninjas jump out of nowhere. It's okay though, because Charlies Angels come running out of the shack and fight the ninjas with me.
When the ninjas are defeated we all contnue to sail in this boat and we come across a bracnh off from the cave with land. The girls run off and leave me so I sit and wait, drinking softdrink that has begun to run from the nearby stalctites.
And thats all.

I was in a room with no furniture except for a table which had a fish bowl which for some reason had about seven or eight snails swimming in it. There was someone else there and they were talking to me about snickers bars or something when I bumped the fish bowl and it shattered on the floor, then the other person just kept repeating "You spilled all the snails!" over and over. And when I went to pick them up they ran away at speeds normal snails would never manage. stupid fast snails...

The Lame part was that I didn't realize I was dreaming, and it didn't progress from that point. I was just on fire, for no particular reason and with nothing else around. So I was in a constant state of panic all night and when I finally woke up I was even more tired than I was when I went to sleep.Calobi post=18.69379.657549 said:

I always have VERY weird dreams. Probably the weirdest one I can think of off the top of my head was when I was stuck in an Escher maze of my school. I was with one of my friends and then people and chipmunks started chasing me and my friend with guns and then eventually we ran all the way to a theme park that was like a water theme park or something and again it was all Escher and shit I would open a door and be in a completely different place or I would keep going in circles while the people and chipmunks were still chasing me with guns by the way. Then my friend kind of went missing and I was in this dark kind of old gothic house and I saw Liv Tyler then her head blew up then I got shot in the face by this guy at school I never talk to. That last part of me going into the house from a door in the theme park up until I got killed just kept repeating itself until i woke up.

I never understood the meaning of it all until one day when I was watching old episodes of the classic TMNT cartoon from the 80s, when Baxter Stockman uses a crystal embedded in the shredder's helmet to create....
a creature made of glue, and a giant electricity monster.
I jumped out of my skin.

I've had several dreams involving a female character of my fiction stories... Unfortunately not the trouser-tenting sort, they're more of the OH MY GOD SHE'S PUNCHED OUT ALL MY BLOOD sort... Which is what I'd expect from a a powerful energy harnessing flying alien bred from half a predatory race.
