I don't think there can be an overall "Worst" game.

But from my personal experience, the worst game I have played would have to be Wanted: Weapons of Fate.

Anyway I'd say MW2 and most war FPS. Ruined cities were only cool to shoot people in the first few years of my gaming career. MW2 was waaaaay too balanced, and my 49 year old uncle could fare well against me in a 1 on 1 on it. But on Call of Duty 4, He got 2 kills on me and I got 32 on him. Seriously, MW2 made me go limpdick for CoD games.

For me, it's a tie between Star Ocean: Til the End of Time and Final Fantasy XII. I really can't decide which game was more atrocious because they both make very strong cases for receiving the "worst game of the decade" award.
