Fallout 3,
got to the GNR building after all the super mutants.
And i did'nt know there was a Behemoth there.
Never saw one before.
BAM!, my health bar went down by half orso?
Low on ammo cuz of the previous super mutants.

This happened in Guild Wars. My guildmates and I went to the underworld with two 100 blade warriors, a spirit spamming ritualist, a necro, a paragon, an orders elementalist, and two monks, me being a monk. I'll save you the boring stuff. We get to the Chaos Planes, start the Four Horsemen quest, and a lot of big ass monsters were ambushing us from all sides, and we didn't know what to do. All I heard was "shit!" and "fuck!" on the vent channel as we futilely tried to run and heal, but everyone got beaten down. We haven't went back there since.
Fallout 3: I was walking to Megaton, and I turn around and I press the VATS button (R button on 360 controller) and I see a deathclaw lunge at me. Yeah, you know what happens next. "Oh shi--" *rip*
I feel for the OP in Dynasty Warriors. I was using my created character in DW4, I forget where this battle took place, but I saw Lu Bu come at me from a distance, then challenged me to a 1v1 battle, which I accepted. I lasted a couple seconds before being ripped to shreds. I couldn't even say oh shit before I knew what hit me.

I hit a glitch in Assassin's Creed 2 where a guard on a rooftop began multiplying indefinately. My jaw dropped and I ran away as quickly as I could with my tail between my legs. Luckily, I think I made their character models leave the coding range before they flooded the entire game.
Oh, and when fighting the Orb of the Undead in Dark Alliance. The fight starts, you smash the orb for a while, then it flies upwards and BAM, you're surrounded by skeletons. I legged it immediately. My friend and I ran around in a circle for about five minutes while I occasionally shot an arrow back at them until we kill them all, and then had to repeat.

playing zombie mod on counterstrike being one of the last 5 humans left and about to get on the escape helicopter, only to find out the admin put all 50 zombies into the helicopter, then me running away like a little girl and my teammates asking why i was running... they died about 3 seconds later.
The first dungeon of Ocarina of Time when you ran into the babies of the boss before you met the boss, those eye thingies. They dropped from the ceiling and scared the crap out of me and my friends I threw the remote and we turned it off and didn't touch it for a month.

I had several OSHITRUN moments in mine and my friends' Left 4 Dead Expert attempts. Pretty much every time the Tank showed up.
For example, Chapter 2 of No Mercy, my friend Jeff moves a tick faster than the rest of us, so we were all lagging behind a bit. Jeff goes through the subway tunnel. About 3 seconds later, he comes running back with "SHIT SHIT SHIT! RUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!" While the Tank comes bounding after him.
Or better yet, one of my friends. Richard and I got ambushed by the Tank in the tunnels, Richard books it allllllllllllll the way back to the safe room and sits on the toilet, forcing me to use the AIs as fodder and kill the Tank myself. On Expert. He's a great friend, by the way.
