I have a shitty little scar on my thumb from when i was sulking as a child, behind the door, my hand flat on the ground, when some bint slammed the door open, giving me a concussion, and tearing quite a lot of my hand.

My stories aren't all that bad.

I have three scars on my left knee. A few years ago, there were mysterious bumps on my knee. They just... happened. A year or two after, they fell off, leaving scars. No one had any idea what they were and what happened to them, not even my doctor. It was REALLY weird.

I also have a scar right between my eyes from the chicken pox. It's usually hidden by my glasses, though.

I was once shaving my legs, when I dropped the razor. I didn't bother to check it when I picked it up again and didn't notice that the blades had popped out slightly at one side. I ended up with a weird scar on the front of my ankle that looked kind of like Venetian blinds. xD

It's faded now though, sadly.

I have a self-made scar on the back of my left hand. How, you ask? Weeeelll, did you know when you apply ice to salt it creates a certain chemical reaction? And if this reaction were to occur on skin, say, a hand... yeah.

Chemistry lesson + lots of beer = stupid scars

Back in college I used to jam my door open using my keyring on hot days (to circumvent the fire closers). One night I went to remove them just as the ring unwound into a wire (from the force of the closer I guess) went straight into the flesh between thumb and forefinger and out the other side.

Even worse is I didn't realise it was kinked, so pulling it out make a real mess.

I was in stage crew in my high school with a couple friends and we got semi-bored halfway through one of our practice runs. We decided it would be fun to fisticuffs with other people so me and a friend tied up our hands with some Gaffer's tape to make it look cooler.

After I got his hands all wrapped into a fist, I cut off the tape with a pocket knife and handed the tape to him not realizing that he wouldn't really have great control over the knife with his hands taped up like they were.

Needless to say, when it came time to cut the tape around my hands he did the same thing as me, being that he made a really quick cut into the tape and pocketed the knife.

I didn't really notice that he had cut into my knuckle for a good inch or so until a half hour later when another friend told me I was bleeding all over.

About 2 years ago my mother was dropping me off to a restaurant in the middle of the most crowded part of the city. There were no empty space to park so i had to get out when we stopped for the red light. When I was getting out my keys fell off my pocket went under the passenger seat. Panicing, I reached in with my right hand and got about a 10 cm cut on my wrist. Said "shit" and put my left hand in grabbed the keys, saw the light go green and I pulled my hand very quickly and got a cut about 10 cm on the left side of my hand. I was going in to the restaurant saying "fuck fuck fuck fuck" and blood was dripping from both hands. It was amazingly funny. Scars, especially the one on my hand is still very visible. Fun all around.

I burnt myself on a hot steaming iron which was next to the microwave which I went to open after it went ping, didn't even flinch... OK I CRIED, I WAS SIX YOU HAPPY?!

Me little brother's scar on his forehead is awesome though, when he was 2 he was kick his football around when he tripped over and banged his head on the child gate blocking the way into the kitchen, me step-dad got up and ran over to him, picked him and called his name to see if he was alright.
My little brother with blood streaming out of his forehead, dazed as he was confused, with the coolness of a cucumber shouted "GOAL!" He went to the hospital, came back home about 2 hours after with sticky stitches on his bonce, ready for more football.

I was washing my brother's truck with a power washer. Then my foot started to itch and, being the genius that I am, decided to shoot my foot with the power washer. I looked down a couple minutes later and my foot had split open. So now I have a scar there

My theory was proven correct though. My foot DID stop itching

Not me personally, but a friend of mine shot herself in the hand while firing an arrow.
Totally jealous.

One on my foot from a nail that went right through... didn't even feel it haha.

Small one on my forehead when my cousin hit me in the head with a baseball bat. Not as bad as it sounds, we were playing catch with the dog but wanted the ball to go super far so we took turns hitting it with a bat. Well when I gave him the bat he didn't give me time to back up and he swung and lights out for me. Only time I have ever blacked out.

When I was about for years old I decided it would be a great idea to dance on our table. Me not being very good at this whole "dancing" thing, I fell and hit my head against the edge of the table. Made of glass. As you would expect, there was blood everywhere and I had to get it stitched.
And because it went so well the first time, I decided to try dancing on the table again a few months later, once again hitting my head.

I was both hospitalised and scarred for life by a bowl of carrots.

Bet non of you can top that.
My Dad on the other hand, has a scar on his nose that was given to him by a puppy. He bent down to say hi, the puppy stood up and bit through his nose. I've no doubt that as a young child this was thoroughly traumatic for him, but the image of a Corgi puppy tenaciously dangling off my dad's face is ceaselessly hilarious.

the (cool) scar through my eyebrow: I had just learned to walk, more or less, when I thought I needed to combine this new ability with carrying a brazen watering can with a pointy tip. half an inch further...
the (ugly) scar on my right wrist: souvenir from a broken wrist

Ah!. Read the original post again. It's barely noticeable, but there's a scar on the knuckle of my right middle finger where a drop of molten, burning plastic soldier landed.

Well, there was this time when I slipped in the bathtub and broke my fall with my chin. And a couple years later it happened again, so atleast now the 2 scars on the sides of my chin are symmetrical. Not that you can see them most of the time, what with the beard covering them and all.

And then there is a scar on my eyebrow from the time I walked straight into a door thinking it was unlocked, bled all over the stairs, you can hardly see it though with the eyebrow covering it.

Think the rest of my scars are too badass to be mentioned.
