This probably wouldn't be fitting for a final boss, but I can see it working for a recurring mid-boss in a turn-based RPG.

EDIT: Actually, after watching another episode of Chuggaconroy playing Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, I can't help but feel that this song would fit perfectly as a battle them in that game.

I think the last time I did this it was the instrumental version of "Severed Into Separates" by Darkest Hour. For some diversity, though, I'll go with this one:

Maybe not the most energetic song I can think of, but I could see it being good for one of the more climactic battles that means a lot to the hero for whatever reason.

That boss was rather evil, and the music did a lot to set that "Creeping madness" ambience. It's really great! I'd use different attacks though, more psychic in nature.

It's made all the better depending on when you start the song. If you start it at the right part, the girl in the avatar is actually half-way dancing to the beat.

The music in KH is all top notch, so choosing one was no small task, but I think this one strikes fear into the hearts ( ) of men the most. Also, I'd say most KH fans both love and hate this theme, for the battle it accompanies.
