Since Goku once took a shotgun blast to the back of the head at point blank range and all it did was knock him out for a few minutes, I don't think getting shot is anything he has to worry about. And even so, good luck hitting him.

Oh and if you want you can give the people ranks if you want order on your vessel.

Storm does winds, Wolverine kills everyone I don't like, Cyclops replaces cannons, and Namor (he's an x-man right now) controls the sea-life, waters, and can lift a boat a couple hundred feet into the air before shaking the fuckers off it, and X-23 and Psylocke because I can solve the whole pirate vs ninja debate by having two ninjas (I'm counting X-23 as a ninja) as part of my crew.
