More of an exploit than a glitch, but the duplication glitch in Oblivion is pretty awesome. You just need a bunch of scrolls, and you can duplicate basically anything. Works really well for arrows, health potions, and lock picks.
You can also do that glitch with a sword and some arrows.

OT: One time when I was playing Modern Warfare 2, I was using a riot shield and after I killed someone the top half of my body was bended back while my legs were still normal(this was third person mode). Imagine a spy crab but bending it's back backward.

It only happened one time, but for that short few minutes I was highly amused. I was in Lothering in DA:O, and I'd told Leliana to go pick a locked chest while we went off to the next segment of the town. When she came back, her model was frozen in a running position, one leg up off the ground behind her. I tried tinkering with it but she went back to normal. Then there's the time in the forced fade dungeon where, after killing "Flemeth", I talked to Morrigan again and watched a headless flemeth yell at her and smack her. I couldn't breath through the laughter.

I don't know if tactics from Super Smash Bros. Melee such as wave dashing and L-Canceling count as glitches or technical exploits.
Then of course there were all those Gears of War glitches like crab walking and kung-fu flipping that were pretty fun.

Homeworld has a lot of odd, mostly harmless glitches. So, when I sent 16 captured Multi-Beam Frigates against an enemy Needleship, I thought I was prepared for anything.

I was not, however, expecting the Needleship to eat half my multi-beam frigates. It was... odd. And funny.

Two of my favorite glitches actually enhance the gameplay in their respective games for me.

The lock pick/ multi tool glitch in Deus Ex is awesome and saves me from wasting so many to get through a damn door or control panel. Pretty much start hacking/picking and then bring up the inventory screen. Keep it there for however long it may take to hack # of lock picks it normally takes and BAM!! For a door that normally takes 3 lock picks, you only wasted one, it's awesome.

The commonly known and notorious Link Glitch (aka: Holy Glitch) in Dissidia is a bit of a mainstay gameplay strategy in the game up there with the first game and it's dodge canceling. Many characters can use the link glitch like Terra, Golbez, Tifa, Cloud, ect... which enhances their overall game and is much easier to perform in Duodecim with assists giving you enough time to set them up. It essentially allows you to link certain moves together by tricking the hit registry in the game. By casting one move while one of your other moves is still damaging the opponent, you can ling into it for additional damage. The best example if you don't get it is Golbez' link glitch Gravity Force > *insert pretty much any of his moves* > cosmic Ray.

See how he was able to connect that other move? The game thinks you have connected with that move because you are casting it while they are getting damaged by the previous attack. Great for mind games, double assist combos and all sorts of crazy shit.

Gran Turismo 2, Laguna Seca. It's possible to get outside the track by driving at one of the barriers from the right angle. If you go too far away it glitches out majorly and you have to restart but if you drive under the corkscrew you get catapulted back in. I was doing this with a friend on multiplayer, and he was on the corkscrew as I came back through. Somehow our cars got locked together at right angles, inseparable but both capable of providing traction in the direction we were facing.

Glitch from ReBoot!

Okay, back on topic. It's time to DESTROY ALL HUMANS! (Rather, it's time to gab about the second on.) There are missions where you have to protect hippie communes from being destroyed, and I HATE protecting stuff about as much as escort missions. Buuut...DAH2 did seem to have a glitch where if you knocked enough things far away, used Free Love, brought down alert statuses, and...maybe one or two other little diversions...then the guys giving you trouble will forget what they're doing. And if you're not close enough for them to even target, you can watch them mill around aimlessly for the long-ass time it takes for the mission to clear up. This worked especially well on the last one where I'm just sitting there while apparently EVERYBODY THAT HATES ME sort of forgot what they were doing.

Corner kick exploit goals in just about any Football Manger version. I would say this exploit is a glitch as it is usually patched.
