Howdy! I haven't made a thread in a while and i was looking for films to buy on the interbutts, so i was wondering what is your favourite film? Title really speaks for itself.
My apologies in advance if this has been done, i searched and nothing came up. If it's too hard to narrow it down to one give me your top three or five!

I myself am quite partial to Terminator 2, my favourite of the..quadrilogy? And Equillibrium.

Terminator 2 is one of the first "grown up" films I remember watching (I was 8) and so I have fond memories of it.

I would have to say Fight Club or Donnie Darko are close contestants, although I like lots of films.

Black Hawk Down. Hands down.
I think it's one of the best movies ever made.

I've no single favourite. The ones I love are:

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
The Matrix
Equilibrium
Pulp Fiction
The Shawshank Redemption
The Green Mile
Terminator II: Judgement Day

and, recently,

The Dark Knight.

I like Thank you for smoking, I'm not there (Obviously), Fight Club, All James Bond with Sean Connery with the exception of Dr.No, Lucky Number Slevin and pretty much any Danny Boyle movies.

EDIT: Oh, and Yes Man.

Catch me if you can, Pulp Fiction, Donnie Darko, Goodfellas and the Usual Suspects.

I'll have to settle on top five (in that order roughly)

I preferred No Direction Home then I'm not there, I like how it focused on a smaller period in greater detail. And had great footage of some of the concerts (which were so different from when i saw him earlier this year) good to see Dylan in his prime

That film had me so bored I was actually crying in the cinema. No joke. And then my boyfriend wanted to sit through the credits.
Sounds like he enjoyed it =)

Your yet to name your own favourite. EDIT: Ok, you have now.

Had to make a account just to yell at you all to make sure you have picked a favorite film even if you're not exactly sure it is your favorite film so that when it comes up in conversation you can be sure you don't have to give that incredibly boring answer of "oh i don't kno i like a lot of films rly but i can't choose bla".

All the posters above seem to have done a pretty good job avoiding that however so gz!
And mine's Withnail and I.

that's a fantastic movie, did you see the SNL parody of it? it was hilarious.
I also like the Dark Night (of course) and V for Vendetta (it was better than the book, which is rare)
