Would an emperator class titan count as power armor, if not then a grey knight terminators suit.

Either the Crysis Nanosuit or the standard issue Section 8 power armor.
The Nanosuit. compatible with almost any combat scenario. Lightweight. Durable. Friggin' sexy. The Nanosuit is pretty much the most kickass set of powered armor I've ever seen. Plus, if it can hold Alcatraz, a sack of broken bones and ruptured organs, together over the course of a game, it can't be too uncomfortable. The only downside, it can only have one ability maxed out at a time.
Now, the USIF is a much more personal affair. It increases everything about a soldier. Strength, speed, even disease immunity. Plus, it has near-impenetrable shields and can survive falls from outside the atmosphere. That's its whole purpose. It also must be fairly cmofy, since that's all the Section 8 soldiers wear.
But if I have to choose one, definitely the Nanosuit. It's just far more stylish. That, and it shows off my (hypothetical) muscles.

Tychus Finley of Starcraft 2 had a cool, but terrible deal, I think I would go the same route for that beautiful Terran battle armor with over-engineered cod-piece. But That evil scientist better have it customized and filled to the brim with Protoss and Zerg research breakthroughs. No way I'm dying to a pitiful horde of Zerglings.

Honestly the guyver bio armor is at least 100x better than any armor out there. Only thing it lacks is a stealth system. But when u can vaporize a mountain what need is there for stealth?
