You've been locked in a cave with only one CD and DVD each, what are they?

LOTR trilogy. if i wasn't allowed all 3, then probably groundhog day. ironically one of the best films to watch multiple times in a row.

I suppose if I was continually watching the Iron Man DVD my captors would get paranoid about what it might inspire me to build in there and let me out.

Hmm. I guess for the CD I'd either go with Dark Passion Play by Nightwish or the soundtrack from the Children of Dune mini-series. For the DVD I couldn't really go wrong with Serenity.

Ayreon's Human Equation for CD (Because it's probably the most brilliant CD I've ever heard) and something to crack me up for the DVD, possibly Austin Powers or one of Leslie Nielsen's better movies (Airplane, first Naked Guns).

The DVD would obviously have to be "Dummy's Guide to Escaping from Caves", while the CD would have to be "So you're trapped in a Cave.....Part 1 of 10".

The DVD I'd take with me is Werner Herzog's Aguirre: The Wrath of God, but only because Creed doesn't have an official live DVD.
I feel your pain, I feel your pain..

The CD I'd bring would have to be Tool - 10,000 Days

The DVD would be Kung Fu Hustle. By the time I get out, I'll stomp the fucker who locked me in heres foot just like that guy does to like a hundred of Axe Gang canon fodder.

Oh my god I've never met anyone else who has watched that/liked it. I love that movie it is so hilarious!!!!

You didn't specify they had to be Movies and Music. On my CD I have the equivalent of a 7 meter wide bookshelf full of text files, and on my DVD I have 8 truckloads of books worth of text files. You guys might last a month or two before you go insane, I'll be rescued before I'm halfway through my CD.

Sagas by Equilibrium and Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but although I have them, how the hell am I going to play them in a cave?
