This isn't a scam but it is fucking idiotic all the same, i had this in my inbox on Facebook today sent by 5 stupid friends:

Facebook is recently becoming very overpopulated, there have been many members complaining that Facebook is becoming very slow. Records show that the reason is that there are too many non-active Facebook members and, on the other side, too many new Facebook members.

We will be sending this message around to see if members are active or not. If you are active please send to at least 15 other users using Copy+ Paste to show that you are still active. Those who do not send this message within 2 weeks will be deleted without hesitation to create more space.

Send this message to all your friends titled TELL EVERYONE! to show me that your still active and you will not be deleted.

Add on top of a website:
Has your credit card been hijacked? And then you could enter your credit card number and expiration date....right

Something similar actually. It said a million dollars was ready to be transferred to my account.

[sub]Zimbabwean dollars[/sub]
Wouldn't that amount to like five bucks? :)
This is the country that issued a 100 trillion dollar bill. Basically you'd be better off using one million Zimbabwean dollars to wipe your ass and see what you can get for your toilet paper.

Oh, this reminds me of something equally retarded:

DISLIKE BUTTON IS HERE! SEND THIS MESSAGE TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO GET IT!

Fucking retards. A few of my "friends" were big enough dolts to fall for it. I promptly removed them from my friends list.

Discount breast enlargement, I used to get loads of e-mails about cheap breast enlargement when I was at school.

No thanks I'm trying to lose my man boobs.

I'm not sure if this was a scam or something a friend sent to me after seeing me change for P.E. as a joke, he never took credit for it and I think he's the sort that would if it was him.
Hahaahaha!!! XD

Well if it was him...what a jerk...

This is an email I got from some scam company.

"Dear Customer No. 874826489, Important information regarding your account, from Abbey National PLC -
It has been noted that recently £2000 was withdrawn from your account with us, our automatic system flagged this up as unusual, which is why we have contacted you.

Please reply to this email with your name, address and credit card number."
They finished off with some other bullshit.

Firstly, I've never had an account with Abbey National
Secondly it's now Santander not Abbey National
Thirdly, banks know their customers names at least.

I also got another one from my friend on MSN saying "Hey it's been a while since we last talked, I thought I'd send you this link to cheer you up"
I'd just talked to the guy 5 minutes ago, and I didn't need cheering up.

I read a scam where the receiver pretended to be a disembodied head in a jar, and the scammer tries to con him anyway!
I read it at http://www.scamorama.com/mallory-head2.html
