Doubtful. Between the piles of mail, working, writing, making his game and opening his Mana Bar thing I doubt he spends much time browsing forums. It's possible, but I doubt it.

He has to read something when he quotes specific forum replies in his "Extra Punctuation" segments.

I assumed those were either sent in to him directly or from the threads attached to his Zero/Extra Punctuation segments rather than random forum threads containing his name. Perhaps you're right though. Maybe you should ask him.

Well, it -was- an assumption. But grabbing them from PM's or email would make sense too.
It's just that some of those quotes look like they were replying to something.
