"Those wolves all sound and smell the same to me, Sparrow. But they would've attacked us if they wanted. They're not spending precious night-time with doing nothing. You did mean the black wolf with the white markings, yes? I didn't know it had a name..."

Samuel looked around. Kid had his changed arm, that was some surprise, and the rest of the party seemed on edge. Chris manned the turret and looked like he was panicking.
