Yeah. I'd probably use the Katana for the sake of distance between us. If I wasn't allowed to use those, I'd go for the old trusty Zippo in my pocket and a can of deodorant.

Pair of decently-long scissors, computer, couple of 1lb paperweights (and a good throwing arm), and a whole shitload of heavy books.
Best I've got are Rattan stick and staff in my closet, but I never took the time to learn how to use either of them.

Hmmm.....at my current disposal I have; A mouse, a mouse pad, a nintendo DS, a Laptop charger, and a bottle of water..... I'm pretty screwed unless I can pull a one-second Mgyver and somehow turn all this stuff into a giant suit of space marine powered armor.

On topic, I took a quick roundup of all possibly useful objects in the room when I read the first post. Here it is:
A pen (for stabbing?), a stapler (could I staple the zombies together?), a dead light bulb (um... useless), a computer mouse (a small mace?), CD cases (throwing stars?). I was thinking that I was pretty screwed until I saw the metal folding chair on the other side of me. That should be enough to get me to the shed where the power tools are kept. From there, I march through the woods, meet up with my friends, and high-tail it to the nearest gun store.
