"I'm guessing that people put getting something to eat before reporting their injuries?" Lisa thought before thanking them both and turning to leave with Adries.
"You think it'll be busy in there?"

"Damn! Decisions, decisions...to be honest they all sound pretty enticing. Kind of like a kid in a candy store." Christie replied, leaning on the table and turning the bullet over in her fingers.
"Well, I've already kidnapped you twice this week. Don't want that to get boring right? Killing you is something I plan on saving for a special occasion, not to the mention that i've already got someone ahead of you on my waiting list. How about we talk about...a arrangement?"

"An arrangement that doesn't involve any of the things I just listed?" Alan asked, getting curious but still being wary of her.

"Not if we sneak into the back," Adries said giddily, walking over to the back of the cafeteria with Lisa. There were no guards keeping watch of the kitchen, "Probably eating lunch," Adries said, and so they went in. There was bustling going on in the kitchen, with the people with cooking knowledge trying to finish cooking everything and serving it.
"What to eat first? I might just try some dessert first..." Adries mused, kneeling down behind a rolling tray and peeking over.

"Hm, The way you speak, it's like I don't care about anything else." Christie stated with an amused tone before continuing, "Surprisingly yes. I just require one small thing and someone both you and I are against will die. Consider it as...what would the word be?...compensation."

"Those cakes look pretty good." Lisa muttered, nudging her and pointing to a large serving cart with cakes made for dinner later. She took note of what seemed to be a German chocolate cake, dabbled with strawberries.
"That one is mine." She said with a grin.

"Are you going to get to the telling me the arrangement part or will you continue to waste my time?" Alan asked her, watching her carefully in case she'd try something.

"Dammit, fine. I'll just take the vanilla," Adries said, rolling over towards the cart whilst humming the Mission Impossible theme. She halted next to the fridge, and took a quick peek. One of the younger people working the kitchen stopped what they were doing to watch her grab the cake and stealthily make her way back to the exit, giving a few claps once she did it.
"Your turn."

"I have to state my case don't i? Anyway, All i require is one tiny injectable strain of the virus, enough to infect one person. The rest I can manage on my own. It's a final request of the person who jumped ahead of you on my...select list. I do have my standards after all, everyone is entitled to their final request and being infected is theirs." Christie explained, turning deadly serious suddenly, pacing towards him.

Lisa did some mock warm-ups before waiting a few moments to sneak in. There was a clatter that threw her slightly. She snuck against a work station then darted to the next. She slipped on a slight spill on the tiled floor but recovered before she was seen. Then in one quick swoop she grabbed it. It took slightly longer because a chef came to check on some soup left on the boil not too far from her. When he left, she got to the exit quickly.
"Phew! That was fun."

"Can't you just have them get bitten?" Alan asked, wondering whether this was all or if there was anything more than this, "I mean, it's just easier..."

"See, doing bad things can be fun! Let's eat these and go and do more rebellious things," Adries said excitedly, already almost done with her cake. "I dunno where to next though. Oh, wait! I have a great idea. Mwuahaha, I'm going to get in so much trouble," Adries said gleefully, tossing her plastic fork and plate.

"At the risk of getting myself bitten? Not going to happen. Besides, where's the fun in that? I've already worked out my plan of action." Christie replied, tightening her gloves.

"Like I said before, you're just a rebel without a cause, Adries," She giggled, picking off a strawberry and slipping it into her mouth before starting on the cake.
"So what do you have in mind?" Lisa asked through a bite.

"This is extremely suspicious and I'd probably get in big trouble for it, but I also know that you won't stop asking me until I give in," Alan said, thinking everything over for a few moments before adding, "Do I get anything out of it? Other than you not bother me about it?"

"You shall find out," Adries said, telling her to head towards the side gate near the office and that she'll meet her there.

"Well, you would be helping me out...wait that's not going to convince you. How about I'll bunk you to the bottom of my list, I'll make sure that i'm not caught and if I am I won't incriminate you unless I'm in a particularly bad mood? Not to mention you'll be pleased on who it is." Christie said brazenly.

Lisa finished her cake, then went to follow Adries to the gate. She was unsure on what she was planning, but couldn't help but feel anxious. She gave a slight wave.

"Come back in an hour," Alan said after contemplating what course of action he would take. He then pointed to Christie, then to the door before turning back to his work.

Adries had ran into her bunker and looked for this one person's room. When she found it she opened it and looked under the bed. Grabbing a case she quickly darted out and made her way to where Lisa was near the exit. She hid behind some cans as a patrolmen walked by. She gave a signal to follow as she ducked under some bent fencing and got to the other side.
"Alright, time to head up to the hill and have some fun," Adries told Lisa, taking out a BB gun and loading it as they walked up the hill, "So the name of the game is shoot at random people with it. It's not deadly or anything, and most people won't have a clue about it. It's cruel fun."

Christie folded her arms, before giving an irritated nod and leaving; not wanting to decrease the chances of him accepting by getting angry.
"An hour then."

"Ah devious. Alright, two things, One- What's the scoring and what does the winner get?" Lisa asked, feeling a little bad about the sport, but not too bad, taking a good spot on top of the hill and sitting. She then dug into her pocket and pulled out a coin, flipping the coin and catching it, "Second, heads or tails?"

"Tails, I always choose it," Adries said, taking out a small pair of binoculars she had and looking through them, "The prize is...international recognition. I dunno, a can of peaches or something. I was doing it more for the sport of it all." Adries stopped talking for a moment, an evil smile appearing. She grabbed the BB gun and aimed, "Grab the binoculars. I just found the perfect target coming out of Alan's little lab."

"Huh?" Lisa wondered before taking the binoculars and peering into them. A matching smile hit her hard when she caught sight of her target.
"Adries...If you hit her, I will make sure that you get that international recognition, the peaches and another cake."

Letting out a sigh, reaching for her cigarette packet, intending to follow Jack's advice on enjoying them while she still could.
If he turns me down, i'll just break in and steal some samples. It'll be misfortunate for both of us but- The hell?
Christie's thought stopped when a slight speck of pain hit her back, she turned around expecting some form of explanation but saw nothing.

"Oh hell yeah, like I needed more motivation," Adries said, reloading and firing a shot at Christie's cigarette, causing it to fly out of her hand. She reloaded again and carefully aimed at the still confused Christie.
"Boom neckshot!" Adries exclaimed with maniacal laughter, handing the gun over to Lisa for her turn, "Oh dear god this makes up for everything that's happened this week. I say we just keep firing at her and ignore everyone else."

"Amen to that. I'm getting way too much enjoyment from this." Lisa agreed, switching with the binoculars and taking aim. She let two BB's off at her legs, making Christie recoil.
"The look on her face is priceless!" She declared with delight.

Who the fuck is firing at me?!
Christie held a hand to her neck which stung the worst, it had taken little time for her to work out that it was something like a pellet gun being fired at her. She decided to stand and work out which direction they were coming from and work from there. Her mood wasn't improving.
Y'know, if this is that karma bullshit, i'm going to start throwing grenades.

Adries laughed, watching a few random soldiers look at Christie oddly. "Hah, it's getting some attention now, not much though," she laughed, focusing on Christie again, "I'd say we should move to a new spot in a bit. She'll probably make her way over here or something...aww looks like she might even get some help."

Jacobs watched Christie as he came out of the office, a confused look on his face. He approached her slowly, slightly scared.
"Hey there ma'am, is there a bee or something bothering you?" he asked.

"Damn. Here, move a little this way. I don't think she'd be pleased if she work out who's firing at her, even worse if she finds out that it's us. Never mind, The show must go on, as they say." Lisa nodded sadly before moving across the hill, still keeping her in her sights, firing at the arm she held to her neck. She smiled at the reaction then passed the BB gun to Adries.

The BB hit her in wrist making her flinch again and bring her free arm to hold the other arm.
Sonofa...
She barely noticed Jacobs appear beside her. She replied to him while keeping her concentration on where the bullets were coming from.
"...Oh, hello Private...someone appears to be shooting me."

"Really? Like with an airsoft gun or something? Who would do such a thing?" Jacobs asked, looking over at where Christie was looking, "Well over there is a nice couple of hills people can be firing from."

"Why thank you. And yes, her finding out could be bad...though it's not like she could do anything to us....right? We have protection and stuff," Adries said, firing a few shots to the stomach and one to the ear.

"Um. I wouldn't put it against her to, I don't know...murder us. It's kind of like batting a tiger in the face. But we can run can't we?" Lisa grinned watching Christie's face react to the bullets but keeping herself controlled from holding where she'd been hit.
"I won't put it against her, she can take a pelting."

The hits to the stomach hurt particularly, She turned to reply to Jacobs.
"Precisely. As for whoever wants to try such a thing, I'm not sure...Care to join me in finding out?" Christie asked, her voice starting to raise in anger but restraining it best she could while she spoke to him.

"Ummm okay," Jacobs said rubbing his arm nervously, "I didn't have much to do anyways. I was just going to patrol a bit. I guess this will be more exciting."

"She can. These things hurt. I remember that my Uncle Al shot my brother and myself one summer. We were both in agony, we were pretty young, and then he said 'This doesn't hurt!' and then he shot himself in the arm with it and complained about how much it hurt," Adries told Lisa, handing the gun back to her.
