Maybe not every day, but go through the whole series at least once a month, just to remind yourself of how good sci-fi shows used to be. and cry a solomn tear that it never got the network recognition it deserved.
One question, how long since you last slept? you stay awake long enough, your brains begins to shut down and one of the first things to go is the ability to determine what is and isn't real. You're most likely imagining it all as a result of a fatigued mind.
I've got three main pairs atm. My AKG k-55's for gaming, Roland RH-50's for listening to my music on the go, and sennheiser HD 280's for production and working in the studio.

May not help much, but if you're going to try screaming, never try to hit a note you can't hit cleanly. I've fallen into that trap myself, it hurts like hell, and can really fuck your voice up.
Pretty much just watch a DVD, trawl through TV tropes for a giggle, watch zero punctaution, and if i'm really bored, I might actually attend college for once.
