New bill going through the EU Parliament will force all Internet Service Providers to limit what sites their users can visit by selling "packages" that come with an X amount of sites included. Any site not in the package you purchase can't be visited.
That's the thing, though: from what I get, the whole point is that the bill will force all EU ISPs to use some sort of service like they want. *shrugs*
