I dunno. Maybe I'm just glad where we live in an age where a videogame I like is actually advertised on TV along with media "adults" would class as "real things" and look darn good - but I don't mind the ad bombardments. Relates more to me than LOreal or whatever.
Craig Fairbrass is really the only voice actor upon hearing thinking "holy shit what an iconic and well acted voice". As said before, all the MW2 voice acting was top notch.
Nolan North also took voice acting to a new level in both Uncharted games.
In my opinion there are way too many "Doodle" apps on the app store. Doodle Jump, Jelly Car, Glow Doodle Snake, multiple stick figure games etc. I dunno why developers have associated iOS with an art style that has slightly crinkled graph paper as the backdrop and organic-ly drawn environments.
Whatever 3rd person game I've been playing, I walk like that person. Happened in Vice City, San Andreas, Uncharted, GTA IV, Assassin's Creed, ACII and now it's starting with Red Dead Redemption!
I don't wanna walk like a cowboy! <_<
Assassin's Creed II - Taught me about Renaissance Italy.
Grand Theft Auto III - IV - Taught me about USA which is odd considering it's the only game that's made literally just down the street from me.

Saints Row 2. Just took the plunge 2 years ago and really liked it. I don't know why the media hated it for the graphics and awful AI, the package itself was extremely fun for me and gave me more customization than the Sims 2.
And it barely ever pretended to be anything fancy or immersive -...
Well, I just got an iPod Touch off a friend for free. Not wanting to spend a penny, I set off looking for free apps. Disney's Tron was one of them. It's... weird. Just top down classic tron by the looks of it. Worth the download if you played that game at one point in yesteryear and and you have...
Yes. Because this scheme is quite clearly set out to help big name developers. The keyword is "startups". You know, small companies, trying to kick off an economy springs to mind when you hear that.
All the more power to them I say.
I don't need some outspoken dev (especially one that made a big fuss about quitting PSP development about a year ago) , may I add) to tell me that a console that me and 50 million other people have bought and got amusement from for the last 5 years was "doomed".
Seriously, how has it been...
