just cook the pasta, and then put some oil (to avoid the pasta gluing itself together) and some garlic. you can add black or red pepper as you like. Here in Italy it's the poorer dish a student can have: we usually have garlic and the cheaper pasta I've found costed 29 euro cents for half a kilo.
