Well, if you want to play as a naked cat girl vampire thing cause you love mods go for it. Otherwise it's a grind and managing to get all of the mods you want working properly is such a complete chore that it isn't worth it, and vanilla Oblivion is boring as shit.

Eldar are boring space elves. You should be able to play as the Inquisition. And third person. Whats the point of having giant awesome looking armor if you don't even get to be able to look at it anytime you want. But that was bad. :(
