Gameplay. A fantastic storyline is all well and good but without decent mechanics to interact within that storyline the game becomes meaningless. If your aren't having any fun physically playing the game then I very much doubt the storyline will make up for it, no matter how good it is.

That scene in Hostel with the blowtorch and the eyes is pretty disturbing. Mainly because of the fact I hate anything to do with eyes, in any movie whether it be a comedy or horror. Also, the entirety of Frontiers. That entire movie is disturbing.
