I use to play TF2 with one of those. Unless every other piece of hardware is terrible, you should be okay to play. Obviously not on highest settings, but it'll still look pretty regardless.

In my experience with TF2, the answer is no. I will say, though, that this will probably depend on the servers on which you play. Hell, you have the game already. Why not give it a shot and see for yourself? TF2 is loads of fun.
