You could set it up to be a sort of RTS/Tower defense game which are incredibly popular, however going the tower defense route would be easier as they appear to be easier to set up.
The tower defense also does pose a problem as for playing the infection's side, though I'm sure someone could...
Is it really wrong that I went to this site and clicked the button? http://people.rit.edu/~bss6378/instantCSI/
Anyways, worst things I've not bitten my tongue with was when I worked for McDonalds and my manager asked if I would do the stock list, which was long and tedious.
I told her I...
Perfect Scary Creature?
Creepers hands down. They run at you and explode for no other reason except for 'they hate you'.
Perfect Creature in general?
Inner Demons from Psychonauts.

Music: Lady GaGa, it's catchy and I can't help it.
Movies: Shoot 'em up. Dude shoots and umbilical cord, what more do you want?
TV: Psych, Angel
Books: The Parasol Protectorate series (Soulless, Changeless)
Misc: bottles. I friggin' love collecting bottles.
I have a little twin wedged against a wall in my room, sadly there's been no space to get a larger bed. However if I want more space there's a lumpy futon in my studio across the hall, lumpy studio bed doesn't beat pillowed mattress though.
