An analogy...
Person who has never seen Star Wars:
"I don't know what all this bickering about the prequels is about, sounds like a bunch of angry nerds whining about something that isn't even important. Who cares? Get over it. You know, I bet they weren't even that bad. I think George...
Here's the thing, the people who hate the ending are actively trying to accomplish something, they have a stated goal and they actually have done something, they've gotten Bioware to budge and donated to charity.
But what about the people who are complaining about these people? What are they...
So?
And how can you even truly say the game was "finished" when it already had DLC planned for it?
Even after games are released, they are altered through patches, expansions, DLC packs, some of which alter or add story elements.
Adding DLC is a financially motivated decision that...
Funny thing, have you ever noticed that the arguments of people against the RetakeME movement fall into one of, if not all, of these categories?
1. Ad hominem attacks - some variation deriding people who complain and/or how arguing on the internet about it is silly and a waste of time...
I'd say the biggest issues were the recycled environments and the waves of respawning enemies.
It hurts your immersion when you're in a copy pasted dungeon and after defeating all the enemies, a new wave magically appears out of nowhere.

I'm not sure how he's in any position to call anyone else a crybaby when you can just imagine the tears welling up in his eyes as he's typing out those messages. It's a pretty hollow insult that lacks any self awareness when you whine about what whiners other people are being.
The game's...

As is the case with the George Lucas continued support of the Star Wars Prequels, I'd say it greatly damages their legitimacy, as it shows an unwillingness to...
Five good ending or one amazing ending? I almost feel sorry for him, he clearly does not begin to understand what he's in for.
At this point I'm hoping the Indoctrination Theory turns out to be true just so that we can rub it in the faces of all the people who insist the current ending is...
Came here to post this as well.
"Science has failed our world, science has failed our mother earth."
How would one know if science had failed our world without science when science is the process by which one comes to understand the nature of the world?
"Oh my god, science and the...
I think a distinction needs to be made between the hero/villain and the protagonist/antagonist.
While the player might have to play the protagonist due to narrative structure, the protagonist could be the evil one of the pair.
Watching that made me feel awkward and embarrassed.
It was like walking in on someone striking poses in front of a mirror while talking to their reflection, and having to watch instead of quietly leaving before they notice your presence so that you both can pretend it never happened.
