Are there any "Smart Anime" set in a normal world?

Stiens;Gate would be my recommendation. It explores the consequences of time travel so it's not exactly normal in the sense you're looking for but the characters and story are amazing.

[SPOILERS IN OP] Kill la Kill finale: What did you guys think? [SPOILERS ABOUND]

I think you're thinking of Akame ga Kill, which has an anime coming later this year. But yeah this episode was great but I kinda wish Mako and Gamagoori had had a more official hook up. The fight scenes were awesome and Trigger really delivered on the level of craziness.

Poll: Have you ever gotten a game because you liked what the demo/free game had?

Destroy All Humans, Warcraft 3, Freespace 2 and Warhammer 40k: Dawn of war. I'm also looking at getting Fire Emblem: Awakening because I had fun with the demo even though I suck.

Poll: Would A Machine For Pigs be a good place for people to get into horror?

Being a big fan of The Dark Decent I was a little disappointed by A Machine For Pigs but I stared wondering if it would be a better game for people to start with than that Descent. With Pig's much simpler gameplay and puzzles it would allow players to get use to how lighting and avoiding...

    DELETED

There's a Russian game called MorphX which was kinda fun to play. It's strongest point though, would be its upgrade system where you had to find different shaped DNA to form chains between nodes to improved your abilities.

    Favorite Real Time Strategy Game?

Warcraft 3 is amazing and everyone should play it. Good characters, good story, solid game play and a great map editor that is still keeping the online servers up and running. Even if 80% are empty clan hosting bots.

Segments in your favorite games that you absolutely dread having to go through.

Platforming in Devil May cry 3. Holy fuck that was awful. I wanted to rip off my thumbs every time I played through those parts.

Short survey on Backpacks (Chance to win: Terraria!)

If you travel to Work or School and carry electronics, would you say their physical safety (Due to water damage, damage from general force on your bag or damage to your phone as you take it out) is a real issue to you? (1-10, 1 being "Of little concern" and 10 being "Of great concern") 4 Are...

Gorgeous Looking Game that Don't Have Amazing Graphics

Yeah. Who else remembers walking out of the drop pod at the start of the second mission and being like "Wow. Well there goes the bloody fryingpan."

    The perfect zombie game

Sounds like a love child between Dead Rising and... acctually it's just a bigger slightly more complex dead rising when you think about it.

What is the most painful thing you ever experienced

Limb reconstruction surgery on my right ankle. That's when they break the bone, put wires and bolts into my foot and shin, hold it in place with 2 frames connected by screws which moved my ankle while painkillers did nothing. Oh and I got an infection too.
