Wild Side would be an awesome addition to this.
I'd say when it comes to the near-impossible task of picking a hard-rock/metal list that everyone will appreciate, this comes pretty damn close. A game that demands that your speaker system be cranked up to 11 and doesn't have plastic guitars...
Thunderstruck would have to be my tip for the top. I have never been into AC/DC, which is a little odd, because much of my music is pop-metal in the vein of VH, Crue, Whitesnake and of course Dokken to name just a few.
It's ironic that people say that shutting down 4Chan would impede free speech, yet people are also afraid that saying bad things about the place will cause the Channers to wreak havoc on this forum. This leads me to think that some Channer's do not value free speech at all.
That 'Encyclopedia Metallum' must be broken; I punched in "Van Halen" and there were no results, and the same went for Led Zep, and Montrose. Any self-respecting 'metal' resource would have entries for both.
If it weren't for us 'newbies,' the cranky ol'-farts with huge post counts would not be able to correct our spelling, and grammar, or scrutinize our facts/statements in a haughty, elitist manner.
From what I understand, back in the late twenties, the markes had gone up and down notably about a dozen times before the big crash.
Plus, in the late spring, Option ARM mortgages will begin to reset, which may cause quite a few issues as their holders try to grapple with 80 - 200% increases...
I listen to a lot of glam/hair metal, so I'm not within any right to criticize anyone's choice of music. But it does make me a magnet for plenty of metalheads who like to berate the genre.
