im on about the same course as you mate aiming just below 7 minute miles Which is like the above average im running 4 miles in about 24-27 minutes build up your distance slowly :) it really helps

£81 for a meal is pretty pricey specially for 3 people? at my local/ regular restaurant it works out about £50-60 for a meal for me, sister mum and dad =/ OT: i got my mother a card, and took her into town and just brought her a few things :)
