So when I search for "Metal Workers" in savannah, ga all I find are Sheet-metal workers and welders..I don't think that's the kind of "Fine metalwork" I'm looking for. I guess my best option is to take a picture of it to a jeweler then... It's the thought that counts :)

I'd considered that as well, and if I had the tools, I would happily attempt it. I've thought of trying it with wood, but once again - Don't have the tools. (Would be easiest with a belt sander and dremel) and wouldn't know how to preserve the wood, unless I dipped it in wax or something, and...
