Pokemon cheats by basing it's move on whatever move you select even when it breaks its own rules to do so. The example that always stood out is the mean look (no switching pokemon)and perish song (both pokemon die in 3 turns unless they switch) combo.

I'm kind of at that point with Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's a good game and all but I find myself wanting to play something else. Of course, if I DO start playing something else I may never actually go back to DE:HR so I'm sticking it out.

The ending to Conker's Bad Fur Day was pretty bleak too. I was caught off guard by just how grimly it ended. You don't expect that from a game built around dick and fart jokes. :p
