Its okay, honestly unless you really really really need a laptop i'd go with a desktop, so much more for the money. GPU is a bit slower than a gtx 560 ( low end gtx from last gen, via 3d mark) but thats expected cause mobile gpus blow. Screen is full hd which is good, processor is good rams...

xbox has a plethora of mute options I dont' see this as necessary but as long as its scarcely enforced I don't see too big a deal with it. Trash talk is fun, part of the meta game. Pissing off your opponent seizing off that one thing you pick up in the 1st few seconds is part of the experience...

Breaking Benjamin's "Phobia", "Saturate" was excellent, "we are not alone here" was amazing, phobia was garbage(relativly) Linkin parks a thousand suns while good, had too many "art" tracks. Living things is a bit better about that(not by much).

Halo 2, accessible but incredibly deep multiplayer. Along with a fun story, and well designed campaign levels.

it was the best on xbox imo. The MP was balanced and fun. Campaign levels were well designed and varied. It made halo 3 a disappointment and halo 1 look old.

PVE is wonderful, loved the questing and all the stuff you can do. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with how much there is to do. However PvP.... wow. I'm pvp gear(mix of honor and conquest) except a belt and weapon, and certain classes are just beyond OP at the moment. I'm still trying to...

Joining the GPU complaint train here. That gpu spec means nothing. Why can't they just do recommended = gtx 560ti or higher or amd 5xxx 6xxx 7xxx etc... GB is pretty meaningless as a measure of performance.

Love the retail story, obviously mgmt was unaware that the margin on consoles was around 3% at that time(5% for the wii). Accessories is where its at with margins well over 100-300% so they probably came out ahead on the wii deal...

Cant shoot or stomp obviously dead zombies, aiming sucks, have to play "dumb" in cutscenes/scripted events. Worst offender is the graphics, low res textures abound even in such static small environments, if a game needed some AA it was this one(jaggies everywhere). a camera that is better than 4...

So a current gen spec'd system is releasing when current gen is long in the tooth, and right before new HW drops from sony/ms. I predict a crushing blow as far as graphical capability next year if MSony release HW with anything newer than a 4yr old gpu.

Crysis 3 will cause me to snag a gtx 660/70. Halo 4 might cause me to plug in a flash drive on my xbox to fix an update issue.(but honestly I'd rather just drop 400 bucks than fuss with that)
