This question is basically "What platform do you prefer?" I can't say as I have never played the first one so i don't know what it works better on. But, considering there are mostly PC gamers on here, you will get a lot of those answers.

I don't know what you're talking about. It took me over 40 hours to complete it. I'm guessing you just skipped all of the side quests and companion quests.
