I believe that once you mark the game as purchased through PS Plus that you can continue to download it at a later date even if it's no longer listed as a game of the month. Unless they've changed the way the system works.

I used to play, but it's costly to keep up with the cards. It seems the two dynamics of players I see are those using the most recent exclusively, and those that bought enough cards in the past that their decks are impossible to beat when you open it up to any sets.

The only times I have ever had a female character over a male is FFXI where I liked the beginning stats of the Mithra and I was a newbie, and Demon's Souls when my favorite armor set was female only.
