Hm ... actually I play all the good ol' ones once in a while so I can't really forget how good they where but it's really mostly old Lucas Arts adventures or Simon the Sorcerer or some other point & click (I used to play hardly anything else for a while :) )

I think it can be a good thing for people who just see things like WoW as what it's supposed to be: a game. It could, however, also enforce things like severe gaming addiction ... just think of school kids even hanging out in MMOs in school breaks, on the train, family meetings, etc ... aweful...

Since I can't remember anything specifically bad that ever happened on my birthday I guess there just wasn't anything ... I usually don't take special notice of my birthday anyway ... the birthday CAKE on the other hand is treated with VERY special care, haha

I think prequels are a cool way of going in depth with characters or specific side plots ... take Crisis Core - really cool example of a prequel that really paid off to play as well, although we knew what was gonna happen at the end ...
