Nevan from Devil May Cry 3 is awesome from pure camp factor. It's a scantly-clad demon lady; that turned into an electric guitar; that fires bats and lightning; and has a fold-out scythe attachment.

I'd say the Chernobyl mission (BEFORE you snipe the guy), that mission was awesome. With the exception of that, I dunno. There some other stealth-based segments that were cool, too, but I wouldn't call them great.
